WE ALL HAVE TO GROW... AND CONTINUE GROWING...

lyrics

Check 1 2

You might be a fool to think everything revolves around you
You can't believe that everybody's always going to agree
You need to think twice if you think folk are always going to play nice
Can you comprehend that everybody ain't gonna be your friend
It takes all different kinds to make the world go round
Plants don't grow just from the Sun they need the rain to come down
And when trees grow older they develop thicker skin
So they're not easily swayed by the changing wind

Grow older grow wiser grow stronger grow better
Grow older grow wiser grow stronger grow better
Grow older grow wiser grow stronger grow better
Grow older grow wiser grow stronger grow better

Do you listen or just wait for your chance to talk
Do you enjoy the scenery or do you just hurry up and walk
Do you wait patiently or do you rush to get ahead
Do you give to others or are you are taker instead
Sometimes you gotta ask yourself the important questions
In order to gain some of life's greatest lessons
Open up your eyes and ears
Open up your heart and mind
Focus breathe hold release and look beyond the line

Grow older grow wiser grow stronger grow better
Grow older grow wiser grow stronger grow better
Grow older grow wiser grow stronger grow better
Grow older grow wiser grow stronger grow better
Grow older grow stronger grow wiser grow better
Grow older grow stronger grow wiser grow better

Growth ain't just physiology
It deals with psychology a dichotomy of our being you see
Some chart growth on walls some chart growth from falls
Due to flaws which can result in a loss
Or gains depends on how you gauge
The lessons that stem from the growing pains
A wise man knows perfection doesn't exist
So it doesn't make sense to keep on chasing it
However imperfect perfection albeit an oxymoron
Gives you more to build on that's one to grow on
So if you feel broken cast those emotions in the ocean
That your tears just cried bask in the sunlight
Use those rays to raise you up
Begin to regenerate from those fragments
And escape the shadows of being stunted in stagnant
Like a concrete rose I suppose
Please excuse my prose if I went astray
I was dreaming when I wrote this point is regardless of the play
Grow a little more each day
